I was at my local Chevy dealer's parts department a couple of weeks ago. I asked the parts manager if he ever gets requests for factory radios. He said he gets a couple per month, but can't help them out. Oddly enough, I'd copied your URL, address, and phone # and just happened to have it with me, so I gave the parts guy the info. I appreciate the time you took to remove the CD from the unit I was not aware was in there and me trying to repair a different issue. I recently bought a unit from you (refurbished) for my 1998 S-10 blazer, you may or may not recall. I was impressed with your philosophy of doing business, ie: not selling junkyard units, etc. and your apparent knowledge of what fits what etc. As I am sure you know, when you Google "car stereo" thousands of sites pop up. My age group, the over 50 crowd, would rather have a direct OEM replacement unit, rather than something that can break windows. I have passed along the link to your website to several of my friends, who currently have problems with their car stereos, explaining that they will get either a new OEM unit or a "take-off" or dealer overstock, or a refurbished unit that's been tested. I hope it results in some additional business for you. I am not looking for any reward or anything, just thought you might like to know. "There is no stronger form of advertising, than word of mouth".

Sam, I received the Sirius/XM antenna last Friday as promised. It plugged right in as you told me it would, no special tools, no special connectors of pink, curry, black, blue or whatever. We loaded the truck camper onto the pickup and took off for a 4 hour trip and had XM radio all the way. I was able to listen to Mizzou Tigers beat up the Oklahoma Sooners Saturday night. I talked to stereo tech’s from Crutchfield and 2 other satellite radio resellers before I found your website and none of the other techs knew how to help me. You are one of only a few stereo tech that has any hands on experience and is simply not reading a manufacturers label. Feel free to place my comments on your website. Thank you.

Good morning, I just wanted to let you know about the recent install. I bought your Sirius tuner kit for my 2010 F150 XLT with sync. All steering wheel radio controls work just fine. You had indicated the channel controls would not be compatible, but it works as expected and was an easy install. Have a great weekend.

Gentlemen: I recently received a sirius kit for my 06 Mustang GT from you and I wanted to let you know I appreciate your service. The kit installed easily without any of the "problems" you normally have with after market kits that always state "easy installation" in the advertisements. I show the Mustang at Mustang Club of America (MCA) events during the summer months and I am certain the sirius conversion will come up as it is listed as a modification on my car. You can be sure I will gladly inform them of where it came from.
